Payment terms

E-commerce payments are made through our website in an SSL-secured connection with a payment and credit card, or with the online banking IDs of the most common banks. You can also pay for your purchases in small installments with a flexible and affordable Collector invoice or installment. The maximum amount to be financed is EUR 5000. Funding is provided by Collector Bank AB. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, as well as Visa Electron. With online payment, you can pay from the accounts of Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandbanken, S-Bank, Aktia, POP Bank, Säästöpankki and Oma Säästöpankki. You can also pay with MobilePay. We reserve the right to reject purchases made with foreign credit cards to prevent abuse. E-commerce price information is constantly monitored. However, we reserve the right to make price corrections due to technical or human error. Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT (24%).

Age limit

Purchasing from our online store requires at least 18 years of age.

Delivery terms

We use the DB Schenker home delivery service. So we deliver all orders to your door. DB Schenker will contact the telephone number you have provided and agree on a delivery date and time (weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm). You can also pick up your order from the Artome factory store itself (Syrjäläntie 81, 19110 VIERUMÄKI, FINLAND). The factory store will be notified by text message when your order can be picked up.

Delivery costs

Artome products are delivered to the customer’s door at an additional price of 70 euros (including VAT 24%).

Delivery time

Products will be delivered within 14 days of ordering. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will announce the delivery time in the online store. We will always notify you of the change in delivery time by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation within two hours of purchase, please contact contact@artome.fi.


All e-commerce products have product liability in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The product warranty varies between two and five years, depending on the product and the manufacturer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. In the case of maintenance, in which there is no manufacturing defect (defect in the use of the product or a defect in the product as a result of incorrect use), the service has the right to charge an inspection fee. Return policy The Artome webshop complies with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6 of the Act on Distance Selling. The Artome webshop grants a 14-day return policy on all products it sells. As our customer, you have the right to return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the purchase or picking it up at the factory store (Syrjäläntie 81, 19110 VIERUMÄKI, FINLAND). When returning your purchase, be sure to include your receipt and contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address). The consumer customer is responsible for keeping the goods he receives substantially unchanged so that he is entitled to a full refund of the payment he has made in the event of cancellation. The products must be returned in their original packaging in a new condition. Restrictions on the right of return The returned product must not have changed significantly. The product will be returned in its entirety and in its original packaging. The product must therefore be in the same condition as the original. Return shipments can be sent free of charge as a customer return, which is agreed with the customer separately. Purchases made from the webshop can also be returned free of charge directly to the factory store (Syrjäläntie 81, 19110 VIERUMÄKI, FINLAND) without the original packaging. Attach all the documents related to the order to the return to speed up the processing of the return. In credit card purchases, the refund amount is returned to the credit card account, in online banking payment to the account from which the purchase was paid. Delivery fee is non-refundable. Collector invoice/Installment An invoice and account credit will give you more time to pay for your ecommerce purchases. Using them, you can wait for your order to arrive in peace before paying it. You can make a payment either with a single invoice or, in smaller installments, with an overdraft, allowing you to make the amount that works best for you each month and spread the payment over a maximum of 36 months. With the invoice, you always get 45 days interest-free payment period for your e-commerce purchases. The long payment period allows you time to review your purchase and, if necessary, return it before the invoice is due. To take advantage of the payment period, you need a positive credit decision, which is easy to apply for at the time of purchase. You can apply for it if you are at least 18 years old and have a Finnish personal identity number and a permanent, official home address in Finland. Your credit information is also checked from Bisnode Finland Oy’s register. The payment method can be used for purchases up to € 5,000. Once you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase, you will receive an invoice for your purchase in your email. If you want to pay the invoice in smaller parts and with a payment period that suits you better (1-36 months), you must enter into a credit agreement with Collector Bank for a continuous credit by logging in to My Pages at oma.collector.fi. Upon signing the credit agreement, you will be granted a credit limit that is available for subsequent purchases in accordance with the credit terms. When you have a valid credit agreement, you will only have to pay the minimum amount indicated on the invoice you received by the due date, but you can also pay a higher amount if you wish. You will then receive a monthly email invoice until your credit is fully paid. If you wish, you can also reduce your credit in installments greater than the minimum amount stated on your invoice. Credit costs and credit example: In Artome’s online store, campaign conditions apply, according to which the interest rate on the overdraft is 19.2% expressed as a nominal annual interest rate and the monthly fee is € 2.95 per month. If the granted credit limit is € 1,000 and it has been used in full for purchases made from Artome’s online store and the credit is repaid within 36 months, the applicable promotional terms are 28.5% annual interest, € 402 total, € 1,402 total and 36 installments. Late payments will be subject to statutory reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest for the delayed period.
